About the role

Join a collaborative team of 6 OB/GYNs, 1 Certified Nurse Midwife, and 2 Nurse Practitioners in a thriving, well-established practice located just southeast of Atlanta. This opportunity offers excellent work–life balance, a strong team culture, and long-term growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Balanced patient load of fewer than 20 patients per day
• Participate in 25–30 deliveries per month as part of the group
• Option for OB/GYN mix of 50/50 or up to 70% OB based on preference

Schedule

• 4-day work week
• Office hours: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM with last patient scheduled at 3:30 PM
• Call: 1:6, shared with two other private groups
• Day call while working is across the street; hospital is a 5-minute walk

Compensation

• $300,000 base salary with productivity bonus potential
• Partnership available in 2–3 years
• Signing bonus and relocation assistance available
