This is an outstanding opportunity for a compassionate and motivated OB/GYN seeking excellent work–life balance, strong team culture, and long-term growth potential. Position Highlights Join a collaborative team: 6 OB/GYNs, 1 Certified Nurse Midwife, and 2 Nurse PractitionersBalanced patient load: Fewer than 20 patients per dayDeliveries: 25–30 per month as a groupOB/GYN mix: Options for 50/50 or up to 70% OB, based on your preferenceSchedule: 4-day work weekOffice hours: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM with last patient scheduled at 3:30 PMCall: 1:6, shared with two other private groupsDay call while working is literally across the streetHospital is a 5-minute walk Compensation & Benefits $300,000 SalaryProductivity bonus potentialPartnership available in 2-3 yearsSigning bonus + relocation assistance availableFull benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k)CME allowanceSupportive, streamlined interview process Why This Practice and community?
