Somnia is seeking a full-time CRNA for its Obstetrics Anesthesia team at San Joaquin General Hospital, providing full-scope practice in a high-volume, high-risk obstetrics setting.

About the role

• 8 × 24-hour shifts per month (approximately 192 hours total)
• 180 deliveries per month, including 1–2 C-sections daily
• Overall C-section rate of 29%; primary section rate of 13%
• Must be comfortable and experienced with high-risk obstetrics
• Work independently in a collaborative care team environment

Qualifications

• Board certification required
• Active state license and DEA
• ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications
• 4+ years of experience in high-risk OB preferred

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual base compensation: $384,000 (W2)
• $20,000 sign-on bonus
• $4,000 per 24-hour shift
• 6 weeks paid time off (W2 only)
