About the role

As our Clinic LPN at the Lakeside OB Clinic, you will be a pivotal healthcare professional delivering compassionate, high-quality care that impacts patients’ well-being and recovery. You will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care and make critical assessments while collaborating seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team focused on optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform general nursing care to patients by following established clinic workflows.
• May perform specific nursing care as it relates to the specialty of the practice.
• Obtain and document health history, information on chief complaint, vital signs, and health risk factors and assess disease conditions.
• Provide patient care based on practice guidelines, standards of care, and federal/state laws and regulations.
• Educate patients and families about health status, health maintenance, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform other duties within the scope of the role as assigned.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.
• Current LPN license in good standing with the state licensing board.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association.
• Completion of IV Therapy Course.
