Responsibilities
- Provides patient care and collects data under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, following Kansas Nurse Practice Act and organizational policies.
- Reports to the Clinic Manager or designee.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Hold an active LPN license in Kansas.
- Obtain BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer.
