O69 QUALITY ANALYST 3 (X11/X18)
About the role
Develop and implement program quality plans, programs, and procedures using statistical quality control statistics, lean manufacturing concepts, and six-sigma tools and analyses. Ensures that performance and quality products conform to established company and regulatory standards. Reviews, analyzes and reports on quality discrepancies related to assembly, process, mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical systems. Investigates problems and develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies. Interfaces with manufacturing, engineering, customer, vendor and subcontractor representatives to ensure requirements are met. Recommends corrective actions, dispositions and modifications.
Requirements
Must have a Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of relevant exempt experience; or a Master’s Degree and 4 years of relevant professional experience. Alternatively, one of the following may be used as equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree to meet minimum qualifications: NNS Apprentice School graduate, Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate, Associate's Degree or other formal 2-year program and 2 years of relevant exempt experience or 4 years of relevant non-exempt experience, Military Paygrade E-5 or above military experience, High School/GED and 4 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant exempt experience, or High School/GED and 8 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant non-exempt experience.
Qualifications
US Citizenship is required for this position. The role involves travel of 10%-25% of the time. No relocation assistance is available, and the position is not eligible for telework.
Skills
Experience with statistical quality control statistics, lean manufacturing concepts, and six-sigma tools and analyses is required. The ability to interface with manufacturing, engineering, customer, vendor and subcontractor representatives is also necessary.

Pay
The anticipated salary range is $84,000.00 to $105,000.00. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors, and may vary from the posted range.
