About the Role

O Bee Credit Union is hiring an O365 and SharePoint Administrator to join our amazing team. This full-time position plays a vital role in supporting our mission, our members, and our one-of-a-kind company culture.

As our O365 and SharePoint Administrator, you'll administer, configure, and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment, with a strong focus on SharePoint Online. You'll ensure our collaboration tools are secure, reliable, and intuitive – empowering teams across the organization to work efficiently and deliver exceptional service to our members. This is an opportunity to shape how we use Microsoft 365, influence governance practices, and drive adoption of tools that strengthen collaboration and connection across O Bee.

What You'll Do

  • Administer and support O365 services, including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and related applications.
  • Manage O365 services user accounts, licenses, groups, and permissions within Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Monitor O365 services health, usage, and performance; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Configure and maintain security, compliance, and retention policies in O365 services.
  • Assist with O365 service updates, feature rollouts, and change management.
  • Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, site collections, and information architecture.
  • Manage SharePoint permissions, governance standards, and site lifecycle processes.
  • Support SharePoint document management, versioning, metadata, and search optimization.
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint solutions using built-in tools (lists, libraries, Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Enforce security best practices, including principle of least privilege (POLP), conditional access, and data loss prevention (DLP).
  • Collaborate with security teams to reduce risk and respond to incidents.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end users and the IT Service Desk team.
  • Create and maintain O365 and SharePoint service documentation, standards, and procedures.
  • Train users on best practices for O365 and SharePoint tools.

Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have at least two years of experience administering Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.
  • Must be able to pass a background and credit check.
  • Must be bondable.
  • Microsoft certification(s), such as MS-102, SharePoint, or Security certifications, is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), security groups, and licensing is preferred.
  • Experience with SharePoint permissions, governance, and site management is preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and critical thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and information security frameworks.
  • Experience supporting Teams and enterprise collaboration environments.

Pay

The range for this position is $80,168.40-$114,909.23 annually with a target range of $80,168.40-$95,757.70 annually, depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
