NYU Langone/Bellevue Hospital Center – Interventional Cardiologist & Director of Cardiac Stepdown Unit

About the role

We seek a strong Interventional Cardiologist (Board Certified /Board Eligible) with a commitment to excellent patient care and education.

Responsibilities

• Part of our primarily Bellevue-based team, fully integrated within the NYU Langone Cardiology program.
• Collaborate with other section leaders (CCU, interventional, electrophysiology, etc.), the Chiefs of the Medicine and Cardiology services, and Bellevue leadership to establish an environment that promotes the highest quality patient care and a vibrant educational environment for fellows, house staff, medical students, and ancillary healthcare providers.
• Promote the candidate's interests and growth as full-time faculty members of the NYU Langone School of Medicine.

Requirements

• Board certification in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology is required.

Qualifications

• M.D. from an appropriately accredited institution.
• A minimum of four (4) years experience.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and clinical skills as well as academic accomplishments.

Benefits

The salary range for the role is $350k to $375k. The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual salary may not fall within the listed salary range; consideration will be made for experience, training, hospital/community need, and other factors.
