Responsibilities
- Drive commercial delivery trucks, vans, and/or tractor-trailer combinations to deliver product to retail accounts
- Manually load and unload product from the truck
- Deliver and rotate products in retail accounts
- Build strong relationships with retailers by delivering products in a timely and efficient manner and rotating products as necessary to ensure freshness
- Complete and submit all required paperwork, invoices, display forms, load sheets, and cash/checks within the appropriate time frames
- Ensure accurate completion of the Department of Transportation checklist and report maintenance problems and accidents on time
- Collect payment for the product as required. Balance invoices with checks, cash, etc., at the end of the day
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- 21 years of age
- Class A CDL license preferred but not required
- Able and willing to work flexible hours, potentially including weekends and/or holidays
Physical Demands
- Significant time spent walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
- Frequent lifting, lowering, pushing, and pulling up to 48 pounds
- Sitting and operating machinery such as a forklift, pallet jacks, and battery change stations
- Repetitive motions, working at varying heights, and exposure to warehouse environmental conditions
- Extended hours, overtime, weekends, and peak-season schedules may be required

Pay
A competitive compensation package with an hourly pay rate of $19.76 / hour. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.
