NY Financial Restructuring Core Bankruptcy Junior Associate

Paul Hastings’ Financial Restructuring Group is seeking a Junior Associate with 1-2 years of experience to join our Bankruptcy team. Ideal candidates would have some experience with restructuring/bankruptcy matters on the creditor side as well as some experience with distressed finance. Law firm experience is required. Candidates must have outstanding academics and be admitted to practice and be in good standing in New York. Please submit a cover letter, resume, deal sheet, and law school transcript. The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $225,000 and a maximum of $260,000 (annually).
