NX CAM Programmer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Developing CNC machining programs using Siemens NX software.
• Utilizing Siemens NX to create toolpaths and optimize machining processes.
• Interpreting technical drawings, analyzing job orders, drawings, blueprints, specifications, and design data.
• Selecting appropriate machine tools and tooling based on the analysis.
• Working closely with engineers and machinists to produce high-quality parts while minimizing waste and machining time.
• Monitoring machining activities to ensure cycle time matches with CAM programming and optimizing CNC programs for various machining operations.
• Collaborating with stakeholders regularly for status updates and technical discussions, issue mitigation.
• Preparing protocols and reports as per the procedure.

Engineering Change Management

• Generic Managerial Skills.
• Ability to utilize analytical skills for strategy decision making.
• Ability to learn concepts rapidly and enhance performance by applying these to job situations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Computer Science.

Pay

Salary Range: $95,000 - $120,000 a year
