NWCS - Support Care Professional (SCP0022)

About the role

This full time position is located at Bellefontaine Habilitation Center, 10695 Bellefontaine Rd., Saint Louis, MO 63137. Regular work schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with Saturday/Sunday/Holidays off. Schedule flexibility is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor habilitation programs for up to 2 homes (up to 16 consumers)
• Serve as a member of an interdisciplinary treatment team in developing and reviewing individualized habilitation plans
• Supervise and monitor the work of direct support professionals

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree with at least 24 credit hours in a human services specialty
• Current DMH employees must not have a disciplinary action within the last 6 months

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including late nights, third shifts, weekends, and early mornings

Pay

Expected Salary: $50,871.60 annually

Schedule

Regular work schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with Saturday/Sunday/Holidays off. Schedule flexibility is necessary. This position will be responsible for two female homes, 1610 and 1601. The work schedule includes one late night a week, a third shift every 6 weeks, one weekend shift (1/2 day) approximately every 8 weeks, and adjustment of schedule based on the needs of the homes and staff this position supports. Schedule flexibility is necessary, including early morning, late night, and weekend coverage.
