Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly one-minute commercials about your business, including:
  • Who you are
  • Best type of referral
  • What you do
  • Call to action
• Deliver ten-minute presentations about your business several times a year to educate other members on how to refer business to you.
• Engage in one-on-one coaching sessions to build professional and personal relationships and identify mutual referral opportunities.
• Apply networking training techniques to improve your networking skills.
• Leverage TEAM’s unmatched web presence for improved SEO.
• Develop communication skills to generate the best referrals possible.
• Participate in "Community Outreach" programs to give back through partnership opportunities.

Networking Guidelines

• Do:
  • Have a networking plan in place and know your goals.
  • Know your strengths, talents, and resources.
  • Help others build relationships and make only genuine offers.
  • Be physically present and actively engage in networking.
• Don’t:
  • Wait until you need a network to develop one.
