Nuuly Temporary Loss Prevention Coordinator

About the role

Nuuly is looking for a Loss Prevention Coordinator to join their team! The Loss Prevention Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the Customer Success team, focusing on the financial aspects such as managing dispute resolutions and shipping investigations. You will work closely with, and report to, the Sr. Director of Customer Success, as well as collaborate with the Fraud Specialist and the broader Customer Success team. The role requires communicating findings with appropriate teams and meeting or exceeding established service level agreements.

Responsibilities

• Resolve chargeback disputes.
• Log precise details of all disputes within various system tools.
• Support Customer Service projects or other assignments as needed.
• Work directly with shipping providers to ensure lost package claims are researched and submitted for reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Loss Prevention, Fraud, or Analyst role.
• Task‑oriented and focus‑driven.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to meet business and customer needs.
• Ability to analyze and report on trends and issues.

Pay

USD $20.00 – USD $25.00 per hour.
