Role Summary

This position is located at 1300 South Dean Avenue, Raymore, Missouri, 64083 United States.

Role Responsibilities

• Exemplifies meticulous attention to detail in identifying and flagging garment defects.
• Achieves production goals while upholding uncompromising quality standards.
• Maintains or exceeds both quality and productivity benchmarks.
• Approaches tasks with a positive attitude and adapts flexibly to changing needs.
• Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in utilizing scanning devices for efficiency.
• Exercises sound judgment in decision-making to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Undertakes additional warehouse functions as required.
• Safely adheres to safety regulations with a solid understanding.
• Fulfills all duties assigned by Supervisors and/or Managers.

Role Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• A high school degree or GED is required.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
• Problem-solving and reporting skills are important.
• Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are required.
• Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required.
• Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk for considerable distance throughout a shift.
• Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods.
• Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position (i.e. pallet jack, box cutter, carts).
• Requires coordinated movements.
