Nuuly HR Administrator (Bilingual Preferred)
Shift Role Summary
Sunday-Wednesday: 12:30PM-11:00PM
Wednesday-Saturday: 12:30 PM-11:00PM
Role Responsibilities
- Aid in facilitating new hire orientation sessions.
- Manage pre and post-orientation tasks, including I-9 verification and Kronos updates.
- Provide frontline support to employees, addressing inquiries and requests related to policies, My URBN, timekeeping, benefits, and pay.
- Conduct floor walks to engage with employees and address concerns in real-time.
- Monitor HR drop box, manage shared email inbox, and respond to employee inquiries promptly.
- Organize and communicate associate and leadership engagement activities, including facilitating One URBN initiatives.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee filing, managing site communications, and auditing/maintaining employee data and reports.
- Maintain attendance records, communicate with attendance qualifiers, and track FMLA/medical related absences.
- Update employee boards and communicate relevant information and policy updates.
- Stay current with relevant laws and regulations, ensuring HR policies and practices adhere to all local, state, and federal legal requirements.
Role Qualifications
- At least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Excel.
- Working knowledge of human resources processes and HRIS applications; experience with UKG/Kronos is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to handle highly confidential HR information with sensitivity and accuracy.
- Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.

Pay Range
Starting from USD $19.75/Hr.
