Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day Human Resources operations, employee support activities, and administrative coordination within a fast-paced corporate environment
- Aid in onboarding activities including new hire documentation, orientation coordination, Workday system updates, employee file maintenance, and contractor information management
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation while supporting data integrity, reporting activities, audits, and operational tracking within Workday and related HR systems
- Cook up interviews, meetings, scheduling logistics, employee communications, and recruitment support activities in partnership with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers
- Serve as a support resource for employees regarding HR-related questions, policies, forms, system navigation, and general process guidance
- Support HR reporting, spreadsheet management, operational documentation, training coordination, completion tracking, and employee development activities
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, internal events, cross-functional coordination efforts, and additional HR operational projects as assigned
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, organization, and attention to detail while supporting employee and organizational information
Minimum Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required
- 7+ years of Human Resources, Administrative Coordination, Office Support, or related operational experience
- Prior experience supporting HR systems and employee data management within Workday required
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking capabilities within fast-paced corporate environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism and customer support orientation
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential employee information appropriately
- Proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience supporting onboarding coordination, employee records management, scheduling activities, reporting, and HR operational processes preferred
- Ability to operate independently while effectively partnering across cross-functional teams and leadership groups
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, evolving, and highly collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting high-volume employee populations within fast-paced operational environments preferred
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to professionally support employees across multiple organizational levels preferred
Pay Range
USD $60,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 /Yr.
