About the role
Join a team dedicated to supporting adolescents recovering from eating disorders through evidence-based, HAES-informed nutritional care. The Registered Dietitian collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to develop and oversee individualized nutrition plans, ensuring all services meet regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct nutrition assessments
- Monitor intake and manage meal preparation oversight
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans
- Contribute to treatment planning with a behavior-focused approach
- Promote body diversity, satiety, and internal trust; avoid weight-focused methods
- Manage all aspects of client meal services and documentation
- Ensure nutritional services adhere to standards and regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or related field; Master’s preferred
- Minimum one year of healthcare or psychiatric experience
- Registered Dietitian credential required
- CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong computer proficiency and excellent communication skills
- Passion for client-centered, recovery-oriented care
