About the role

We are seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our multidisciplinary team in providing holistic nutritional care for individuals with eating disorders. As a key member of the clinical leadership, you will oversee meal preparation, ensure compliance with standards, and conduct nutrition assessments to monitor client progress.

Responsibilities

• Oversee meal preparation and ensure compliance with standards and proper documentation.
• Conduct nutrition assessments to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with treatment teams to develop and implement personalized nutrition plans aligned with recovery principles that emphasize body positivity, satiety, and behavior-focused approaches rather than weight metrics.
• Ensure nutritional services meet regulatory standards.
• Participate in treatment planning and support clients through stages of food relationship repair to recovery.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nutrition or related field.
• Registered Dietitian credential.
• Prior experience in healthcare, preferably psychiatric settings.
• Strong communication skills.
• Computer proficiency.
• CPR/BLS certification.
