About the role
Under moderate supervision, perform a variety of tasks in the kitchen, cafeteria, and patient care areas.
Responsibilities
- Cold food preparation
- Assist in executing catering functions
- Stocking of supplies
- Documentation of temperatures
- Operating a cash register
- Working the grill/fryer station
- Assembly and transporting of patient trays and carts
- Working in the dish-room
- Trash removal
- Receiving and storage of supplies
- Weekly/daily cleaning tasks
Requirements
- Preference given to those who have had experience with some aspects of the job to include assignments &/or food service equipment
- On the job training provided
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions and established procedures
- Must have excellent customer service skills
Qualifications
- Clear communication skills both written and verbal
- Knowledge of basic computer programs
- Able to keep confidential information regarding patients and team members
- Able to withstand crisis situations
- Has skills to provide customer service to patients, team members, and visitors
Pay
Entry USD $16.50/Hr. Max USD $25.58/Hr.
