Nutrition Services Production Lead

Summary

The Production Lead works to plan, receive, prep, cook (as needed) and pack out meal components for all the school sites and programs assigned to the Production Kitchen. The Production Lead facilitates the preparation of whole, fresh, delicious and nourishing foods, while maintaining an efficient, clean, safe and orderly work environment.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Culinary and management skills.
• Starting rate of pay is $22.93 per hour plus benefits.
