What You'll Do
- Plan and develop initiatives to optimize Nutrition Program operations
- Participate in the recruitment, training and evaluation of Nutrition Program Staff
- Oversee the Nutrition billing process and engage in ongoing quality measures to ensure efficiency
- Ensure quality of the Nutrition Program in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Engage in ongoing outreach and partnerships with Meal Sites, COAs and other community entities
- Provide direct oversight to Nutrition Program Supervisors, Dietitian and other staff as assigned
- Attend and participate in network and statewide meetings

- Ability to deal effectively with statistical and financial data
- Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Previous ASAP experience highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree or above in management or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in human services with at least 2 years in management role
- Management experience in food service or social services environment
- Ability to plan and organize work independently and to promote collaboration
