Nutrition Coordinator, Baptist South

Responsibilities
- Aid patients in understanding their menu selections and collaborate with nursing to ensure orders meet their nutritional needs or restrictions.
- Obtain and respect patient preferences and adjust tray identifiers accordingly.
- Support and enhance patient satisfaction by participating in a multidisciplinary team to improve care and services.
- Determine and implement menu alternatives for patients with food allergies, sensitivities, cultural, ethnic, or religious preferences, or based on patient inquiries.
- Manage tray tickets and prepare meals according to each patient's menu selection in a timely and accurate manner.
- Deliver and retrieve trays from patient rooms at assigned times, communicating any issues or concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Less than 1 year of customer service experience (Required)
- High School Diploma (Preferred)

$1500 sign-on bonus if hired*
Schedule
FULL-TIME opportunity, working 12-hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including weekends and holidays.
