Nutrition Attendant
About the role
Performs a variety of food service tasks under general supervision, including assembling patient meal trays, producing cold food items, portioning, reviewing patient meal tickets, and performing cleaning and organizational tasks. Adheres to all sanitary regulations governing the handling, storage, preparation, and serving of food. Works closely with Meal Service Representatives, Dietitians, and Cooks to ensure quality meals are produced in a timely manner.

- Perform cleaning and organizational tasks
- Adhere to sanitary regulations for food handling, storage, preparation, and serving
- Collaborate with Meal Service Representatives, Dietitians, and Cooks
Requirements
- National Food Handler Card (required upon hire, issued by State County City Authority)
Qualifications
- 1 year of healthcare food service experience (preferred)
- 1 year of modified diet and clerical experience (preferred)
Schedule
Part-time, 20 hours weekly, variable shift.
Pay
Pay range: $17.25 - $25.03 per hour (base pay). Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
