Nutrition Assistant - Per Diem

Responsibilities

• Assists in preparing foods, distributing and collecting menus on a daily basis.
• Prepares kitchen production sheets according to patient preferences.
• Assists patients with completing menus if necessary.
• Prepares and distributes foods to patients and staff on a daily basis.
• Aids department staff with completing staff meals and catering needs as necessary.
• Ensures safety and sanitation of the department, compliance with Regulatory Agencies and therapeutic diets.
