Responsibilities
- Clinical supervision of the Home Health department
- Staff management of nurses and home health aides
- Coordination of patient care
- Adeherence to QA/QI standards
- Maintains regulatory compliance with outside agencies including state licensure and CMS
- Conducts in-home field visits with patients
Requirements
- RN license (Georgia, unrestricted)
- BSN required; MSN preferred
- Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing
- Active experience in home health
- Strong knowledge of PDGM, OASIS, and QA processes
- Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in EMR systems (Homecare Homebase, WellSky, or similar)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
