Responsibilities
- Manage the nursing service
- Ensure the highest quality care is being provided to patients
- Assign staff to the appropriate clinical area based on their skill mix
Requirements
- Five (5) years of recent Acute Care Nurse experience required.
- Prior Management, Supervisor, Charge, Coordinator or other related leadership experience is preferred.
Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited school of Nursing.
- BSN Required. MSN or other related graduate degree preferred.
Licenses/Certifications
- PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
- Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
- Certification in specialty area is preferred.
