About the role
The Nursing Supervisor will support the daily operations within our women's health (LDRP) and NICU departments. The role partners closely with frontline teams, assists with daily operations such as scheduling, workflow coordination, and helps resolve barriers in real time. In addition, this position will play an active role in supporting quality outcomes, reinforcing standards, and advancing hospital initiatives while fostering a respectful, team-centered environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing, support staff and patient care activities on assigned shifts.
- Absorb responsibility for direct patient care as needed.
- Promote the conceptual framework of Aurora Health Care's nursing practice.
- Act as a clinical resource to unit staff members.
- Support quality outcomes, reinforce standards, and advance hospital initiatives.
- Foster a respectful, team-centered environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association or within 6 months.
- Typically requires 3 years of nursing experience in either women's health or NICU with Charge Nurse experience.

Pay
Pay Range: $44.15 - $66.25
Schedule
Primary hours: Monday - Friday between 1200 - 2130.
