About the role

Oversees and coordinates nursing staff in one or more patient care units to ensure quality care and optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Verifies patient needs are met and evaluates nursing care
• Participates in planning and coordinating activities across units
• Supervises staff and assesses unit performance
• Plans and conducts staff training, guidance, and educational programs
• Collaborates with other departments to support high-quality patient care

Requirements

• Academic degree in nursing
• Current licensure or certification
• CPR certification

Qualifications

Preferred candidates possess a bachelor's or master's degree.
