Nursing Supervisor (RN)

Role: Clinical Supervisor-RN providing weekend leadership for the nursing team. Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee patient care ensuring clinical, quality, and safety standards are met.Supervise nursing staff, manage staffing and patient assignments.Support evidence-based practices and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.Mentor nurses, address patient and family concerns, and promote a culture of compassion, diversity, and professional growth. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and mentor staff.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Knowledge of clinical standards and safety protocols.
