Job Summary

Provides administrative coverage and support for clinical and managerial processes. Assumes responsibility for all departments in the absence of a specific onsite department head or administrator.

Member of the Patient Care Services Management Team. Works in Buffalo, NY.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for all departments in the absence of a specific onsite department head or administrator.
• Supports clinical and managerial processes.

Requirements

• Current NYS license as a Registered Professional Nurse required.
• Bachelor of Science Degree Nursing preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire.
• AACN Maternity Certification - required for OCH Maternity Supervisor.
• Nursing supervisor position at OCH for perioperative service preferred.
• Leadership experience, Minimum 2 years perioperative services experience, Certification within 3 years of hire (CPAN or CNOR preferred).
• NRP and ACLS Required.
• ANCC Maternity Certification required.
• Experience Three (3) years of nursing experience in a clinical setting required.
• Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.
