Location: Shirley, MA - Massachusetts Correctional Institution Shirley Minimum/Medium. Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program (SUDT) Schedule: Monday- Friday, 5:00am - 1:00pm Pay rate: $93,600.00 – $108,794.00/annually Benefits Health, dental, vision insurance/additional voluntary insurancesCompany-paid life insurance/employee assistance programsGenerous paid time off accrualTuition reimbursement/loan repayment options401k with company match up to 7%!Discounts on wide array of services/entertainment nationwide The Nursing Supervisor Is Responsible For Providing operational and supervisory support to the nursing staff in assigned regions and ensure compliance with all policies, protocols, and regulatory standardsDeveloping and maintain the nursing schedule at the assigned regions, ensuring adequate nursing coverage at all timesEnsuring an adequate supply of medication is maintained at the assigned sites. This includes maintaining an adequate supply of 222 forms, when ordering when necessary to prevent delays in receiving medicationParticipating in on call nursing rotationThe control, counting and appropriate documentation of onsite medicationEducates patients on use, purpose, side-effects, and other information relating to medication-assisted treatmentVerifying medication orders with the qualified addiction specialist and transcribes the ordersAssisting in the admission process and documents substance use disorder diagnosis as required Qualifications Qualifications: Valid MA RN or LPN license from accredited school requiredMust have current CPR/BLS certificationPrior supervisory experience required and DOC experience preferred
