Role: Nursing Admin Supervisor responsible for clinical and administrative leadership in nursing operations. Responsibilities: Oversee patient flow, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care. Coach and evaluate nursing staff, promote adherence to quality and regulatory standards, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Support continuous improvement, staff development, and foster an inclusive environment focused on exceptional patient outcomes.
