Nursing Station Technician - Short Stay Unit

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient care in a high-pressure environment, providing clinical expertise, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care and coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care plans are implemented.
• Provide clinical guidance and oversight to nursing staff, including conducting rounds and evaluating patient care quality.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to address patient needs and improve overall service delivery.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Minnesota.
• At least 5 years of progressive nursing experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
