About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient care in a high-pressure environment, providing clinical expertise, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
- Direct patient care and coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care plans are implemented.
- Provide clinical guidance and oversight to nursing staff, including conducting rounds and evaluating patient care quality.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to address patient needs and improve overall service delivery.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Minnesota.
- At least 5 years of progressive nursing experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
