About the role

The Nurse Recruiter plays a key role in managing and coordinating the admissions process, focusing on recruiting and enrolling students. This position involves providing prospective students with detailed information about programs, admission requirements, and educational options.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and counseling sessions to assess prospective students' interest and eligibility.
• Guide prospective students in selecting programs that align with their goals.
• Coordinate and oversee campus tours and visits.
• Assist students in completing application and enrollment paperwork.
• Ensure timely follow‑up with prospective students throughout the admissions process.
• Provide accurate and transparent information about programs, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee admissions file maintenance and perform file audits.
• Ensure compliance with enrollment policies and documentation standards.
• Plan and implement orientation programs for new students.
• Participate in off‑campus recruitment events to promote the college.
• Contribute ideas for marketing, promotions, and advertisements to enhance student recruitment efforts.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications and Competencies

• Minimum of one (1) year of related experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on active listening and collaboration.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
