About the Role
The Nurse Recruiter plays a key role in managing and coordinating the admissions process, with a focus on recruiting and enrolling students. This position involves providing prospective students with detailed information about programs, admission requirements, and educational options.
Responsibilities
- Admissions Process Management:
- Conduct interviews and counseling sessions to assess prospective students' interest and eligibility.
- Guide prospective students in selecting programs that align with their goals.
- Coordinate and oversee campus tours and visits.
- Assist students in completing application and enrollment paperwork.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective students throughout the admissions process.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Provide accurate and transparent information about programs, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee admissions file maintenance and perform file audits.
- Ensure compliance with enrollment policies and documentation standards.
- Student Engagement:
- Plan and implement orientation programs for new students.
- Participate in off-campus recruitment events to promote the college.
- Administrative Support and Marketing:
- Contribute ideas for marketing, promotions, and advertisements to enhance student recruitment efforts.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements

Qualifications
- A minimum of one (1) year of related experience.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on active listening and collaboration.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
