- Review and annotate EHR-related scenarios, clinical documentation examples, and health informatics outputs
- Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic assumptions in AI responses related to nursing practice
- Translate your hands-on clinical knowledge into structured, actionable feedback for AI training teams
- Assess the usability and quality of AI-generated recommendations for clinical decision support
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with experience in informatics or health IT
- Hands-on experience with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
- Strong ability to evaluate clinical accuracy and identify documentation or workflow issues
- Clear written communication skills — you can explain complex clinical concepts in plain language
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently
- No prior AI experience required — your clinical expertise is what matters
- Nice to have: prior experience in clinical informatics, health IT implementation, or EHR optimization, background in data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation workflows, familiarity with AI tools or healthcare technology platforms, experience training, educating, or mentoring others on clinical systems
