About the Role

Your clinical expertise is more valuable than ever — not just at the bedside, but in shaping how AI understands healthcare. At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research teams to build and train cutting-edge AI models. As a Nursing Informatics Specialist, you'll bring your frontline nursing knowledge directly to that process — helping AI systems understand real clinical workflows, EHR documentation, and patient care data in ways that only a practicing nurse can.

This is a rare opportunity to step into the AI space without leaving your clinical roots behind.
