What You'll Do
- Review and evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy, safety, and alignment with real-world nursing workflows
- Assess how well AI systems understand EHR documentation, clinical terminology, and nursing processes
- Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe outputs in AI responses related to patient care scenarios
- Provide structured, expert feedback to help AI models reflect best practices in nursing informatics
- Apply your knowledge of EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) to evaluate clinical documentation quality
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with experience in informatics or health IT
- Hands-on experience with EHR systems and clinical documentation workflows
- Strong ability to analyze clinical content and identify inaccuracies or workflow misalignments
- Comfortable providing detailed, structured written feedback
- Self-motivated and reliable working independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in clinical informatics, health IT implementation, or EHR system design
- Background in data annotation, quality review, or clinical evaluation projects
- Familiarity with AI tools or language model evaluation
- Certifications in nursing informatics (e.g., RN-BC in Informatics)
