We're looking for Nursing Informatics Specialists to help evaluate, improve, and inform AI systems being built for clinical and health IT environments. You'll bring real-world nursing knowledge to the table, helping AI understand how healthcare actually works — from EHR documentation to clinical decision-making workflows.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role with some of the world's leading AI research labs.

What You'll Do
- Review and evaluate AI-generated clinical content, EHR workflows, and health informatics outputs for accuracy and real-world applicability
- Apply your nursing expertise to assess whether AI responses reflect safe, evidence-based clinical practice
- Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic assumptions in AI-generated healthcare documentation and system designs
- Provide structured, detailed feedback to improve AI quality in clinical informatics contexts
- Translate frontline nursing knowledge into actionable insights that shape how AI handles health data and clinical workflows
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with hands-on patient care experience
- Familiarity with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
- Experience with clinical documentation workflows and health information systems
- Strong analytical skills — able to spot when clinical information is inaccurate, incomplete, or unsafe
- Clear written communication skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments
Nice to Have
- Background or certification in clinical informatics or health IT
- Experience with data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with nursing informatics standards and frameworks
- Prior involvement with AI, digital health, or health technology projects
