What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical content, workflows, and documentation for accuracy, safety, and real-world usability
• Apply your nursing and informatics expertise to identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic assumptions in AI outputs
• Translate frontline clinical knowledge into structured, actionable feedback that improves AI model performance
• Review and assess EHR-related scenarios, clinical decision support content, and health IT workflows
• Work independently and asynchronously — on your schedule, at your pace

Who You Are

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with experience in clinical informatics or health IT
• Hands-on experience with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
• Strong ability to analyze clinical workflows and identify documentation or system-level issues
• Clear and precise written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and patient safety standards

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, quality review, or evaluation systems
• Background in clinical education, nursing leadership, or healthcare consulting
• Familiarity with AI tools or health informatics research
