About The Role
Your clinical knowledge is more valuable than you think — beyond the bedside. We're looking for experienced Registered Nurses with health informatics backgrounds to help train and evaluate AI systems being built for the healthcare space. Your frontline expertise will directly shape how AI understands clinical workflows, EHR systems, and nursing documentation. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role that lets you apply your nursing knowledge in a new and impactful way — on your own schedule.
What You'll Do
- Review and evaluate AI-generated content related to clinical workflows, EHR systems, and nursing documentation for accuracy and real-world applicability
- Apply your knowledge of nursing practice to identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic outputs in AI-generated clinical scenarios
- Translate nursing workflows and clinical needs into clear, structured feedback that improves AI system design
- Assess health information system concepts and flag inconsistencies with established clinical standards
- Provide detailed written evaluations using structured guidelines and rating frameworks
- Work independently and asynchronously — no meetings required
Who You Are
- Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with hands-on patient care experience
- Experience working with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
- Solid understanding of clinical documentation workflows and nursing informatics principles
- Strong analytical skills — able to spot what looks wrong in a clinical or technical context
- Clear, precise written communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in clinical informatics, health IT, or healthcare data roles
- Background in data annotation, content evaluation, or quality assurance
- Familiarity with AI tools or experience evaluating AI-generated content
- Nursing informatics certification (e.g., RN-BC in Nursing Informatics)
