Job Summary: Seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Nursing Home Biller to join our team at our Woodcliff Lake, NJ location. As a Nursing Home Biller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our billing processes, allowing our healthcare professionals to focus on providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and submit claims to various insurance providers and government agencies
• Code and bill patient services according to established guidelines and regulations
• Resolve billing discrepancies and appeals in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of billing and payment activities
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and processing of billing information
• Stay up-to-date with changes in billing regulations and policies, and implement changes as necessary

Requirements

• Prior experience in nursing home billing required
• Available to work in-person in our Woodcliff Lake, NJ office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in medical billing software and electronic health records (EHRs)
• Must be available to work in-person in our Woodcliff Lake, NJ Office
