About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with prior experience in Long-Term Care and Short-Term Rehab / Sub-Acute Care to lead and manage a joint commission approved long-term care and short-term rehabilitation / sub-acute care nursing center.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all staff and functional areas including operational, administrative, clinical, human resources, and customer service.
- Develop, direct, monitor, and support all staff and functional areas.
- Manage all fiscal activities and reports.
- Grow the centers' presence and facilitate positive change.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Health Services or related field required, or meets minimum credit hours required by the state to become licensed by the state board.
- Active, unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator's licensure (LNHA) in the state of practice required.
- One (1+) years healthcare facility administrator or AIT experience required.
- Must be proficient in the use of a Personal Computer.
- Must be able to navigate Windows and Microsoft Office programs, Internet-based Applications, and EMR Software.
Qualifications

- Active, unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator's licensure (LNHA) in the state of practice required.
- One (1+) years healthcare facility administrator or AIT experience required.
