About the role

Lead and manage a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality care
Cook with healthcare providers and family members to ensure seamless transitions and exceptional patient outcomes
Analyze and report on facility operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of the facility's mission, vision, and values
• Manage staff performance, providing coaching and training as needed
• Conduct routine inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Collaborate with the medical staff to develop and implement policies and procedures
• Participate in budget planning and management, ensuring fiscally responsible decisions

Requirements

• Nursing Home Administrator license or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior-level management or administrative role in a healthcare setting
