About the role
Evergreen Healthcare Group is currently seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the operations of one of its skilled nursing centers in Seattle, WA. This is one of the higher-acuity SNFs in Seattle, presenting a high-profile, high-impact opportunity. The Administrator will lead the team, create accountability and culture, and manage the business side of the facility while partnering closely with the Director of Nursing.
Responsibilities

- Marketing & Community Relations
- Ensure familiarity with State Nursing Center rules and regulations, and applicable Federal and State laws
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with center staff and customers
Education, Licensure, and Experience
- Required: Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in Washington
- Preferred: Two years’ experience as an NHA
