Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct the day-to-day operations of the facility and its programs
Provide leadership and guidance to department directors, promoting teamwork and collaboration across departments
Develop, implement, and maintain facility policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements
Ensure residents' rights, quality of care, and quality of life standards are upheld at all times
Interpret and communicate facility policies to staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies
Participate in surveys and inspections conducted by authorized government agencies
Oversee risk management, quality assurance, infection control, and performance improvement programs
Maintain confidentiality of resident information, including protected health information (PHI)
Lead departmental meetings, training programs, and staff development initiatives

Current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator's license in Illinois
Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility
Knowledge of nursing facility operations, reimbursement regulations, and compliance standards
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Bachelor's Degree required; degree in Business Administration or Health Administration preferred
