  • Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct the day-to-day operations of the facility and its programs

  • Provide leadership and guidance to department directors, promoting teamwork and collaboration across departments

  • Develop, implement, and maintain facility policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Ensure residents' rights, quality of care, and quality of life standards are upheld at all times

  • Interpret and communicate facility policies to staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies

  • Participate in surveys and inspections conducted by authorized government agencies

  • Oversee risk management, quality assurance, infection control, and performance improvement programs

  • Maintain confidentiality of resident information, including protected health information (PHI)

  • Lead departmental meetings, training programs, and staff development initiatives

Bachelor's Degree required; degree in Business Administration or Health Administration preferred

Current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator's license in Illinois

Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility

Knowledge of nursing facility operations, reimbursement regulations, and compliance standards

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Bachelor's Degree required; degree in Business Administration or Health Administration preferred
Current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator's license in Illinois
