Nursing Faculty (Full & Part Time) Clinical and Lecture Bench Team Opportunities!

About the role

Hondros College of Nursing is seeking full-time or part-time instructors for its growing Nursing programs across multiple campuses. Applications are accepted for future consideration when positions become available.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students off-campus at clinical sites or in a lab setting.
• Promote a positive learning environment and collaborate with faculty to ensure comprehensive curriculum implementation.
• Create engaging student experiences by planning clinical and classroom activities.
• Supervise and orient students to clinical settings and relevant policies.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in Faculty Organization and Campus Curriculum Committees.
• Teach in both clinical and lecture settings.
• Work collaboratively with faculty to implement the curriculum.
• Recommend strategies for student success.
• Tutor students to meet course objectives.
• Evaluate student achievement and progress.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Nursing (BSN or MSN).
• Clinical Faculty: Three or more years full-time work experience as a RN (or part-time equivalent).
• Lecture Faculty: At least three years full-time experience in the practice of nursing as a RN (or part-time equivalent).
• Active RN license in Ohio, Indiana, or Michigan.
• Current/Active American Heart Association compliant Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
