Nursing Educator - Full Time

Are you passionate about making an impact on the nursing industry? Lincoln Tech's Allentown campus is seeking nurses as full-time instructors in our Practical Nursing program. No teaching experience required. Lincoln Tech has successfully transitioned nurses into effective educators.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and effectively deliver nursing curriculum in the classroom and/or clinical sites
• Supervise students and demonstrate hands-on patient care at nursing clinical sites
• Teach nursing techniques and provide sufficient practice to students to develop skill proficiency
• Evaluate learning outcomes of students and maintain accurate student records
• Prepare students for an exciting career in nursing

Requirements

• BSN or MSN
• An active RN license in Pennsylvania
• 3+ years of recent clinical experience
• A passion for teaching
• Teaching experience—a plus
• Proficient with technology
