Nursing Educator

About the role

Lincoln Tech is seeking nurses to be Part-time instructors in their Allentown Practical Nursing program. They offer comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure successful transitions into education.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and effectively deliver nursing curriculum in the classroom and/or clinical sites
• Supervise students and demonstrate hands-on patient care at nursing clinical sites
• Teach nursing techniques and provide sufficient practice to students to develop skill proficiency
• Evaluate learning outcomes of students and maintain accurate student records
• Prepare students for an exciting career in nursing!

Requirements

• BSN or MSN
• An active RN license in PA
• 3+ years of recent clinical experience
• A passion for teaching
• Teaching experience - a plus
• Proficient with technology
