Nursing Education & Development Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a Professional Development Specialist (PDS), a Registered Nurse with advanced education expertise, to lead nursing education, promote evidence-based practice, and provide mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Assess learning needs of nursing staff
• Plan and coordinate educational programs
• Evaluate educational outcomes
• Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care

Qualifications

• BSN required
• MSN (education focus) or MEd preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience or 3 years with at least 2 years as an educator
• Valid RN license
• Current BLS and ACLS certification; NRP certification preferred
